PSD Groundscare has welcomed the news that SABO, the German premium grounds care manufacturer, is to be acquired by technology company LDROBOT, subject to customary regulatory approvals and review procedures.
The proposed acquisition would unite more than 90 years of SABO engineering experience with LDROBOT's expertise in sensor technology, artificial intelligence and intelligent systems.
